Shipping policy

All items are handmade & made to order by one person. Current ship times are 4-8 weeks processing times + ship times given at checkout based on location and shipping rate. 

The option of a rush processing fee is available for $15. This changes the processing time to 1-2 weeks instead of 4-8.
Rush processing is a digital item that is added to your card upon checkout

Once an order has been marked as delivered, I am not responsible for lost packages as the recipient must self attest for insurance claims.  All packages will be insured and insurance can be claimed. Do please send me a message so I can help expedite claims and we can work to get a refund and replace the item.

If an item is lost in transit (tracking has not updated in 30 days) please reach out so we can initiate a lost mail search and send out a replacement 

if an item arrives damaged, please please contact me for a replacement 💕

Return policy 

No returns or exchanges.

For buyers in the UK or EU a 14-day cancellation policy (or "right of withdrawal") is available if need be.

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items
